LODGING

Overnight accommodations at Camp Manatoc are available for singles, couples and families. We have tent camping, adirondaks, bunks in a cabin, entire cabins, or RV spaces available. Our lodging rates are specifically designed to meet your needs and budget, so you can choose what works best for you.

Children age 12 & up pay regular price for lodging.
Children age 7-11 pay half price for lodging.
Children age 0-6 get free lodging.

Drinking water is available at the Dining Hall. Parking is within close proximity to camp sites, no vehicles can be parked on the grass. Individual campfires are permitted at the campsites and there is a large fire ring for everyone to share near the Trading Post Handicraft Shelter. Bring your own chairs for lounging around the fire. You may gather deadfall from Camp Manatoc grounds. Please do not cut down trees to burn. No outside firewood is allowed. You will have use of the Aquatic Facility Shower House. Amenities include: gender specific showers, toilets and sinks.

 

TENT CAMPING

 

Bring your tent and camp out at Buckeye TrailFest! There is plenty of room in a wooded setting. 

All camping sites are co-ed. 

COST: $20.00 per tent for the entire event

 

ADIRONDACKS

 

No electric or heat source. Latrine may be nearby. 

Each Adirondack accommodates 4 people. Your reservation is for one. There may be others in the same Adirondack.

COST: $20 per person for the entire event

 

 

SINGLE BUNK

 

Single bunk in a Cabin. Each cabin has  electricity, woodstove, fireplace. Latrine may be nearby.

COST: $25 per person for entire event

 

ENTIRE CABIN

 

We have 6 Cabins available to rent for the entire event. This is on a first come first served basis. Each Cabin will accommodate up to 8 registrants.  Each Cabin has electricity, woodstove, fireplace. This can be a great option for a larger family or a group of friends.

COST: $100 per cabin for entire event

 

RV CAMPING

 

We have space for 30 RV units. No electricity, no dump station. A newer type latrine is in close proximity. A 100 person capacity pavilion with picnic tables will be available for your use near the RV parking. You may use a generator during daylight hours. Please be courteous of other campers. 

COST: $30.00 per RV for the entire event
